Delivery & Returns
UK mainland only
- Prompt professional courier delivery.
- Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
- Standard delivery excludes weekends – please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.
- Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
- Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point can’t be processed due to us not been able to claim against the courier.
- Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of White and the Isle of Man. For these areas please contact us for more information.
- You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order.
- For returns to be considered, goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- All exchanges will automatically be sent to the same delivery address as original order, should you need to change this let us know via e-mail.
- If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packaged properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected.
- Refund will be for goods only. You will not be refunded the carriage paid on the original order.
